New Baked Beans Pasta


  • 420g can baked beans
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 200g fettuccine


1. Place baked beans and tomatoes in a saucepan over medium-high heat, then bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium, then simmer, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until slightly thickened.

2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain. Return to same pan.

3. Add bean mixture to pasta and toss to combine. Divide among bowls. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve.

Tip: add grated cheese over the top for a rich flavour.
